Our place is located within the TTC Working Womens Hostel, at Kasthuriba Illam on Mettupalayam Road. It’s a bit of a landmark in this part of Coimbatore, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. Being on Mettupalayam Road means it’s always busy outside with buses and cars going by. We’re part of India Infoline Ltd, so our daily life involves a lot of financial paperwork and talking to people about their savings. The office is tucked away in a spot that feels safe and busy at the same time. We have a lot of women from the hostel and the surrounding area who come in to talk about their accounts. It’s a small office, and we’ve tried to make it as comfortable as we can with the space we have. We spend most of our time on the computer or on the phone, but we always make sure to stop and help whoever walks in. It’s a very practical environment. We aren't big on decorations; we just have our equipment and our files. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on getting the numbers right for everyone. It’s a steady job and we like being in such a well-known location. There is always someone coming or going, which keeps the day interesting.
