Oxford Matriculation School

Oxford Matriculation School is located in the Uppilipalayam area of Coimbatore. Coimbatore is a big, busy city, and our part of town is no different. The school is right in the middle of it all. It is a matriculation school, so we follow the standard curriculum and have students of all different ages. The building is a multi-story one, which is common for schools in the city where space is a bit tight. We have a lot of stairs to climb and the hallways are always full of life. Outside, the sounds of Coimbatore are always present—honking cars, people shouting, and the general hum of a city. We have a small area for the school buses to park and for the kids to get dropped off. It can be a bit of a mess during the morning rush, but we have a routine that mostly works. Inside, the classrooms are filled with rows of desks and blackboards. We try to keep things as organized as possible, but with so many students, there is always something going on. The teachers are usually busy moving from one room to another with their books and bags. We don't have a lot of green space since we are in the city, but we make the most of what we have. It’s a busy, noisy, and active place to be every day. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily schedule.
