Obajana Cements Pvt. Ltd is found at B 302, Sneham Apartments. We are on the Second Main Road in Annanagar, which is a nice part of Coimbatore. It might seem a bit unusual to have a cement company office in an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the cement business from here. There are a lot of files about shipping and supply orders stacked up on the desks. We spend our mornings on the phone talking to suppliers and people at the construction sites. It is mostly desk work, typing up reports and making sure the accounts are right. Since we are in Sneham Apartments, it is much quieter than being right on a factory floor. We can see the trees on the Second Main Road from our windows. We have a small team here and we mostly just focus on keeping the logistics moving. There isn't any actual cement being mixed here, just the paperwork that makes the whole thing happen. Sometimes the neighbors in the building pop by to say hello. It’s a bit of a tight space when we get a lot of mail, but we manage. Most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple setup in Tamil Nadu 641004, just a bunch of us doing our jobs.
