Nous Infosystems

We are over at 1st Block, D/No:9 in the New Police Quarters in Uppilipalayam. Being here in Coimbatore, specifically at Cbe-18, means we are right in the middle of a busy residential area. Nous Infosystems is where we handle a lot of tech support and general system stuff. It’s a bit of a strange spot for an office, being so near the police quarters, but it works for us and the space is alright for what we do. We have our computers set up and we spend the whole day troubleshooting things for different clients who call in. It’s not a shiny tech hub with fancy lights. It’s just a regular room where we do our thing every day. We deal with software issues, network problems, and the occasional hardware fix when something breaks. Sometimes the power goes out unexpectedly and we have to wait for the backup to kick in so we don't lose our work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just keeping the systems running as they should. The neighborhood is fairly quiet most of the time, which helps when we really need to focus on a difficult bit of code. We have our regulars who call us whenever things break down. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work and hope the machines keep behaving. It is a lot of sitting and clicking on a screen, to be honest. We’ve got a small team here and we get along okay.
