Our business, Nill, is located at 36 Tatabad 9th Street in Coimbatore. We’ve been here for quite some time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Tatabad is a busy area, but 9th Street is usually a little more manageable. Our shop is a straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a modern storefront. It’s just a solid building where we do our daily work. We don’t go in for big marketing words or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a small group of people working hard every day. We have our routines, like opening up the shutters early and having a quick chat before the work starts. Sometimes the afternoons get really hot, but we just keep the fans going and stay at it. We aren't a big corporation with branches all over the place. We’re just here in Coimbatore, doing what we know how to do. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a mission statement; we just have a sense of what needs to be done each day. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running things. We like the simplicity of it and plan to keep things just as they are for a long time. It's not about being the biggest, it's just about being here and being reliable.
