We are based down in Coimbatore, over at 46 A P M Swamy Colony in the Rathinapuri area. It’s a pretty quiet pocket of Tamil Nadu compared to the bigger cities, though Rathinapuri has its moments of being loud. Our place is simple. We don't have any neon signs or anything like that. Just the name Aes on the door and our work inside. The colony is mostly houses and a few other small businesses scattered around. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the shops every morning. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just some sterile industrial zone. Inside the office, things are a bit cluttered with papers and equipment, but we know where everything is. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we manage. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. Most of us grew up around this part of India or at least nearby. We just handle our business day by day. There isn't a lot of mystery to it. We show up, sit at our desks, and try to stay productive. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down. It’s a practical way to work. Rathinapuri is a solid place to be, and A P M Swamy Colony is easy enough to find if you know the landmarks. We’re just here at number 46, keeping at it every day.
