We are located at No. 12 Puliakulam Road, down on the ground floor in unit G-2/E. The office is pretty easy to get to once you're on the main road. We spend our time figuring out how people can store their stuff better. It’s a lot of metal racking and shelving units. The warehouse is usually full of heavy components. We have a small crew here in Puliakulam. Most days are spent looking at floor plans and trying to make sense of measurements. It can get a bit repetitive, but it’s what we’re good at. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We don’t have a flashy entrance. It’s just a standard door with our name on it. Sometimes clients come in to see the samples, and we show them how the different systems click together. It’s practical work. We’ve had some long days when a big shipment arrives and we have to sort everything out. The traffic on Puliakulam Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to time our deliveries around that. We aren't some giant faceless corporation, even if the name Nilkamal Bito sounds a bit formal. We’re just a local branch trying to get things organized for businesses around here. We handle the paperwork, the loading, and the occasional complaint when a bolt goes missing. It’s just life in the storage business.
