Our place is on the 1st floor of No. 599 on Venkatasamy Road. We are right in the heart of New Siddhapudhur. The stairs leading up to our office are a bit steep, so we always tell people to take their time coming up. It’s a plain building, and we’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. Inside, we have rows of metal cabinets where we store surgical instruments and supplies. It’s a quiet environment because the work requires a lot of focus and counting small items. There are only a couple of us here most days. We spend a lot of our time checking serial numbers and packing boxes to go out to clinics. We don't have any expensive furniture or a big lobby. There’s just a small table where we keep the kettle and some cups for our breaks. Sometimes the traffic on Venkatasamy Road gets loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns over the years. We aren't interested in being a big, flashy company. We just do our work and try to stay organized. New Siddhapudhur is a convenient location for us because the post office is close by, which makes shipping easier. We focus on the list of things to do and try to get home before the evening rush starts. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be where we are.
