New Pandian Salon A/C

New Pandian Salon A/C is over on Hospital Street, just off Sathy Road in Saravanampatti. We are quite close to the Gandhi Statue, which everyone in this part of Coimbatore knows. Since it is Coimbatore, the weather gets really humid and sticky, so having the A/C in the name is important. People come in just to get away from the heat for half an hour. The shop is simple and functional. We have the standard chairs and the mirrors. Being on Hospital Street means we get a lot of people who are visiting the area or working nearby. It is a steady flow of customers most days. I usually start the day by turning on the cooling and making sure the floor is clean. We do not have a fancy website or any of that. Most people just see the sign while they are walking toward the statue. Sathy Road is always packed with traffic, so the shop feels like a quiet corner once you step inside. We have been in Saravanampatti for a while now. The residents around here are regular people, and they just want a decent haircut without any trouble. Sometimes I sit by the door when it is quiet and watch the bikes go by. It is a lot of standing, but I am used to it by now. We just do the work and try to keep the place cool for everyone who visits.
