Nairs Vidhya Mandir

You can find Nairs Vidhya Mandir over in Ammans Nagar II, which is part of the Nggo Colony in Coimbatore. We’ve been operating in this neighborhood for quite a while now. The school is located on a residential street, so it feels very integrated into the community. Our building is a simple structure with classrooms spread across a couple of levels. Every day, the kids from the surrounding colony walk or bike over to attend classes. We don't have a massive campus with stadiums, but we have enough room for the kids to have their assembly and play some games during their break. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and familiar. Most of our teachers live nearby too, so there’s a real sense of being part of the local area. We teach the standard subjects and try to make sure every child gets some attention. It’s not a high-tech facility, but it’s clean and the fans work, which is important in Coimbatore heat. We have a small office at the front where parents come to pay fees or ask about their children’s progress. Sometimes we have small functions in the courtyard, and the whole street can hear the music. It’s just a normal neighborhood school doing its thing day in and day out. We don’t put on many airs; we just provide a place for local kids to get their education.
