My Hair Style

My Hair Style is a little shop at 34 Raju Nagar, right near Sahs College in Coimbatore. We are also very close to the Kani Arun Birds Shop, so you can often hear the birds chirping if the wind is right. It is a nice little spot in a busy neighborhood. The college students come in quite a bit because we are so close to their campus. It keeps the energy high in the shop and we hear a lot about their classes. We have a few chairs and some basic tools for cutting and styling hair. It is not a large place by any means. We have to be careful not to trip over each other when it gets crowded. The walls are painted a simple color and we have a small fan that stays on all day to beat the Coimbatore heat. We don't have a lot of fancy products, just the stuff that works. I have been running this place for a while and I know most of the people on the street. The birds shop next door is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. We open early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. It is hard work but it is honest and it pays the bills. We don't try to be anything we are not. It is just a place to get a haircut and maybe chat for a few minutes about the weather or the local news. We like our neighborhood.
