Our facility is at 3/272-5 on Muthgounganpudur Road in the Neelambur area. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice for the kind of work we do. We deal with medical items, so we have to keep the place cleaner than your average workshop, but it’s still very much a working environment. You’ll see boxes stacked up high and people moving around with clipboards. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk through the main door and you’re right in the middle of where everything happens. The road outside can get a little muddy when it rains, but inside we try to keep things as organized as possible. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s checking the inventory or helping with the packing. We started out small and have just stayed in this spot, adding a bit of space here and there when we could. It isn't a high-tech corporate office; it’s more like a family-run operation where everyone knows each other’s names. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the shipments are going to the right clinics. It’s a steady job and we just take it one day at a time, making sure we don't miss anything important in the paperwork. We usually have lunch together in the small back room, just chatting about non-work stuff to clear our heads.
