You can find us at number 34 Banumathi Illam in Hyath Nagar, which is over in Tirupattur in the Vellore district. It is a quiet place compared to the big cities. The building is basically a house, and we have turned the main rooms into our working area. It feels very relaxed here. We don't wear formal clothes or follow any strict corporate rules. Most of the people working here are from around the neighborhood. Mind Group Solutions started out small and we haven't really felt the need to move into a big fancy complex. We like being in a place where we can hear the birds and see the neighbors walking by. Sometimes it gets quite hot in Tirupattur, so the fans are always running at full speed. Our desks are usually covered in papers and notebooks because we still like to write things down by hand sometimes. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and tea. It is not the kind of place where you have to book a meeting room weeks in advance. If we need to talk, we just pull up a chair. It is a very humble operation, and we are fine with that. We just do our work and go home to our families in the evening. It is a good life and the work keeps us busy enough without being too stressful. We don't really have any big signs outside, just the house number and our name near the gate.
