Our office is on the first floor of the Mercy Complex, specifically at number 55-56 on New Scheme Road. It’s a straightforward setup where we keep our supplies and handle the paperwork. Most of what we do involves medical tools and surgical items that hospitals and clinics need for their daily work. The shelves are usually packed with boxes, and there is always something being counted or moved around. New Scheme Road is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and the inventory. When a call comes in for a specific item, we have to find it quickly and get it ready. It’s a quiet kind of work in some ways, but it feels important because these tools are used for people’s health. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We’ve been in this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the building. It’s a simple operation, run by a few of us who know where everything is kept. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a long day sometimes, but we get it done.
