Meegan Impex Food Stuffs

Meegan Impex Food Stuffs is located over in Valipalayam, specifically at 171 Kumaran Road. This area is usually busy, and the Kannipiran Colony nearby is a familiar landmark for everyone around here. Our place is basically a hub where we handle a lot of different food items. There is always a smell of something in the air, maybe spices or grains, depending on what came in that morning. We spend a lot of time checking bags and looking at labels. It’s a lot of lifting and moving crates from one side of the room to the other. The office part of it is just a couple of desks shoved into the corner where we handle the bills and the delivery notes. It can get pretty chaotic when several trucks arrive at once. We don't have any fancy uniforms or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for moving around a warehouse. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s hot outside, which is nice. Sometimes we find ourselves working late into the evening if a shipment is delayed. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have a good rhythm with the local transporters. It’s just a place where we move food from one point to another and try not to make too many mistakes. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every single week.
