Parsvir Spices

We’ve been over here on East Ponurangam Road in R S Puram for a while now. Dealing with spices means our clothes usually smell like pepper or turmeric by the end of the day, but you get used to it. Parsvir Spices is basically just a few of us working out of the 136-A spot. It isn't a huge operation or anything fancy. We spend most mornings checking on the stock and making sure the bags are sealed right. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit much, especially during lunch hours, but that’s just how it is around here. People stop by to ask about what we have in stock, and we try to keep things organized on the shelves. It’s mostly about getting the right stuff to the people who need it. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk and a lot of boxes. Some days are busier than others when a big shipment comes in. We handle the grinding and the packing ourselves mostly. It’s hard work, and the dust from the chilies can make you sneeze if you aren't careful. We just keep at it day after day. If you’re walking past R S Puram, you might see us moving crates around or talking to the delivery drivers out front. It’s just a normal business doing its thing and trying to keep the quality where it should be for the neighbors.
