Marwell Syndicate Private Limited is based in Coimbatore at Sitra 21, Shastri Nagar. We are right opposite KMCH, which is a very big hospital, so everyone knows where that is. Having a landmark like that makes it much easier to tell people where to find us. The office is a decent space in a busy part of the city. Since we are near the hospital, we hear the ambulances fairly often, but we are used to it by now. We do syndication work, which basically means we talk to a lot of different people all day long. The office is not very formal. Most of us just wear regular clothes and we don't have any strict rules about how the desks should look. It is a bit messy sometimes with papers and pens everywhere. There are a few small food stalls around the corner where we usually go for a quick bite during the day. The building itself is quite sturdy and gets a good amount of sunlight in the mornings. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. It is a very casual and straightforward environment. We focus on our work and don't worry too much about being flashy. Coimbatore is a busy place, but we have our own little rhythm here in Shastri Nagar.
