Madhurima Beauty Parlour

Our place, Madhurima Beauty Parlour, is situated at No. 739 on Trichy Road. If you are coming from the Ramanathapuram side, we are quite close to the Ayyappan Temple. It is a very busy road, so there is always the sound of horns and cars going by outside. Inside the shop, we’ve got our setup with the mirrors and the basins. It’s a pretty straightforward layout. We do a bit of everything, from hair cutting to skin stuff, mostly for the women living in the apartments and houses around this part of Coimbatore. We don't really go for anything too flashy. The floor is tile, the chairs are sturdy, and we keep the cupboards stocked with the usual creams and shampoos. Sometimes it gets busy on the weekends, especially when there is a festival at the temple nearby and everyone wants to look their best. On those days, we are on our feet from morning until late at night. During the week, it’s a bit slower, so we have time to tidy up or chat with the neighbors who pop their heads in. We’ve been at this Trichy Road location for a good while, so we’ve seen the area change a lot. But the shop stays pretty much the same. It is just a reliable spot for the locals to come and get their beauty work done without any fuss. We just take it one customer at a time and try to stay organized.
