Our company, Lyft Financial Services Private Limited, is located in Coimbatore at Door No.365/5-B. We are in the Mayflower Caladium Apartment which is right on Avinashi Road in the Peelamedu area. It’s a good spot because Avinashi Road is the main artery of the city, so we are never far from anything. Working out of an apartment building makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We have our desks set up in the different rooms and it works out well for us. Coimbatore has a certain pace of life and we try to stick to that. We handle a lot of financial service work, so there is always a stack of documents or a digital file that needs attention. The team is quite small and we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people shouting, just a steady flow of work throughout the day. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share snacks that someone brought from home. Being in Peelamedu, 641004, means we are close to many colleges and other businesses, so there is always a lot of energy around. We don't have any big slogans or goals plastered on the walls. We just come in, do our job, and try to do it right. That is how we have always operated since we started.
