I'm sitting here at 14A Church Street and looking out at the Als Lawyer Complex. It's a busy part of Somanur, mostly because of all the legal stuff going on around us. You see people carrying files and looking serious all day. My name is Leema and this is where I spend most of my time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular room with some desks and a couple of chairs for whoever drops by. Coimbatore weather can get pretty warm, so the fan is usually running at full speed. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. It’s convenient because everything is close. Most mornings start with unlocking the gate and getting the dust off the tables. There is a small tea stall just down the road that everyone goes to. It’s not some big corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just us here doing what needs to get done. Sometimes the traffic on Church Street gets a bit loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home. We don’t really have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you come in, you just see us working. It’s a plain way of doing things, but it works for us. We know the neighbors and the other people in the complex. That’s just how it is in Somanur, and we don't plan on changing much about how we run things day to day.
