We are situated out in Rottigoundanur, near Thirumalayam Palayam and not far from Madukkarai and Kg Chavadi. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is a good spot for what we do. We have a decent-sized facility where we handle all our glove work. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters. It is a practical building with high ceilings and a lot of floor space for the machinery and the boxes. The air is always moving because we keep the large doors open most of the time. You can hear the hum of the machines throughout the day. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years. We all know the routine and just get on with it. The area around us is a bit more open than the city center, which is nice. We have some trees around the building and plenty of space for trucks to come and go. Inside, the office part is just a small corner with a couple of old desks and a computer that has seen better days. We don't spend much time sitting there anyway. Most of the work happens on the floor where the gloves are being sorted and packed. It is a dusty, busy environment but it is our place. We just focus on getting the work done every day and making sure the crates are ready for pickup. It is a simple life out here.
