Kcc

We are based at No 12 in Guruswamy Nagar, which is right near Bharathiar University in Coimbatore. Being near the university gives the area a certain youthful feel, with lots of students and activity all the time. Our name is Kcc, which is short and simple for people to remember. The office itself is just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. It’s not a high-rise or a glass-fronted building. We just have a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. Most of the day is spent handling the various things that come through our door. Coimbatore is a great place to work, and this neighborhood is particularly quiet compared to the city center. We like that we can focus without too much distraction from the traffic. We don't have a corporate hierarchy that makes things complicated for everyone. It’s just a small group of us who know what needs to be done. We keep things moving at a steady pace. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what’s left on the list for the day. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We don't use a lot of jargon or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just handle the business and make sure the details are looked after. It’s an honest, everyday kind of place where we just try to be useful.
