Our office is located at No 270-C on Maruthamalai Main Road in Pappanaickenpudur. We are right near the petrol bunk, which is very convenient for us since we are in the cab business. This part of Coimbatore is always moving, especially with the road leading up towards Maruthamalai. We have been running these cabs for quite some time. It is a basic setup where we manage the drivers and take calls from people needing a lift. The office is just a room with some chairs and a phone that rings a lot. We don't have fancy apps or complicated systems. We just write down the names and addresses in a logbook. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is terrible, and we have to tell people the cab will be a few minutes late. That is just how it is in this city. We know the routes well, including the shortcuts that help when the main roads are blocked. Our drivers are local guys who know the area just as well as we do. We don't go around saying we are the best or anything like that. We just provide a car when someone asks for one. It is a tiring job sometimes, especially the night shifts, but it keeps us busy. We are just a regular local cab office doing our daily thing. It is honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood.
