We have been operating out of 29 Deshabandhu Street in Ram Nagar for quite some time now. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but there is always some activity with the neighbors and the local shops nearby. Our space isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to manage the daily paperwork and meet with people who stop by to talk about property. Ram Nagar has a certain feel to it, and we like being part of this community. Every morning involves a bit of tidying up and getting the registers ready for whatever the day brings. We don't have a big team or any fancy marketing strategies. Usually, it’s just about sitting down with someone, hearing what they are looking for, and seeing what’s available in the local area. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, and other times it’s very dusty, but that’s just how it is here. We focus mostly on the residential spots around this part of town because that is what we know best. Dealing with houses and land can be a slow process sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time. People around here know where to find us if they have a question about a piece of land or a house for sale. We just try to be useful and keep things honest without making a big deal out of it.
