Jpmorgan Chase has a presence here in Coimbatore, specifically in the 641027 area. It’s a different vibe than the big city offices, and we prefer it that way. Coimbatore has a certain pace to it that we’ve really grown to like. We aren't a massive operation here, just a dedicated group of people working out of our local space. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with enough desks for everyone and a decent internet connection. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and talking on the phone, but we make sure to take our breaks together. It’s a bit more social than you might expect. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we do and how we can help. It’s a simple way of doing business. Most of the people who work here are local to Tamil Nadu, so we know the area well. We don't use a lot of business jargon because it just gets in the way of actually getting things done. If something goes wrong, we just fix it. If things are going well, we keep working. There’s no big mystery to it. We appreciate the honest, hardworking nature of the city and we try to match that in our own work. It’s just us, doing what we do every day without a lot of fuss or drama.
