We are right behind it. It’s a handy location because of all the students and staff around the college. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays a bit quieter than the main roads in Ramanathapuram. We have been operating from here for a while. Our setup is pretty basic. We spend most of our time on the phones or talking to drivers. There is usually a car or two parked nearby ready to go. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we manage the cabs and the schedules. Since we are tucked away behind the college, it feels more like a community spot than a big business office. People from Karunanithi Nagar know us well. Sometimes they just walk over when they need a ride to the airport or the railway station. We don't use fancy software or anything too complicated. A good logbook and a reliable phone line do most of the work. The weather in Coimbatore can be unpredictable, but we are here rain or shine. It’s just honest work, keeping the cabs moving and making sure everyone gets picked up on time. We like the pace of things here in Sowripalayam.
