Our office is tucked away at K-Ii/2 in the Anna University Staff Quarters in Guindy. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business, but it's where we've been based in Chennai for quite a while. Being near the university means there's always a lot of activity and students around the area. Inside, it’s a typical workspace with desks and computers where we handle global service tasks. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper or anything, just a practical place for the team to get through their shifts. We have people working at all sorts of hours because of the different time zones we deal with. The office can feel pretty lived-in with all the headsets and notes pinned to the walls. Guindy is a central part of the city, so getting here isn't too bad for most of the staff. We spend a lot of time on calls and managing data for various projects. It’s steady work, and we’ve got a group of people who have been with us for years. We don't really do much in the way of marketing ourselves locally since most of our work is for bigger systems elsewhere. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like anywhere else in Chennai, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on getting the daily targets met without making a big fuss about things. It’s just how we work here.
