You can find us at 19, Srinivasaragavan Street, which is right in the R. S. Puram area. It is a decent neighborhood and our building is easy enough to spot once you turn onto the street. We deal in a mix of lab instruments and various chemicals that schools and local labs often need. The shelves are lined with glass beakers, scales, and all sorts of measuring tools that look quite complicated to the average person. We spend a lot of time packing these items carefully because they are fragile. One wrong move and something expensive breaks. We also handle chemical supplies, so we have to be very mindful of how things are stored and moved around the shop. It is mostly me and a couple of helpers who manage the inventory. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small local setup where we know most of our customers by name. Sometimes we have to wait a week or two for certain instruments to arrive from the manufacturers, and we just tell the customers the truth about the delay. People appreciate that honesty. R. S. Puram is a busy part of town, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache for our visitors, but they still make the trip. We just keep doing what we do, one order at a time, without any big fuss or complicated systems. It works for us.
