I Maritime Consultancy

Operating out of Hudco Colony in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, we started I Maritime Consultancy to handle the technical side of the shipping business. Coimbatore might be inland, but there is a lot of work that goes into maritime planning and advice from here. Our office is at number 14 10, right in the heart of the colony. It’s a busy area but we’ve made a comfortable spot for ourselves to work. We don’t go for the high-pressure sales stuff. Usually, we just sit with clients and look at what needs to be fixed or organized for their maritime projects. The team is small. We’ve lived in this part of Tamil Nadu for years, so we know the local way of doing things. Sometimes the weather gets hot, but the office stays cool enough for us to focus on the numbers and the reports. We handle a lot of consulting work which means a lot of reading and checking regulations. It’s not glamorous, but it is necessary for anyone working with ports or ships. We like being in Peelamedu because it’s easy for people to find us without getting lost in the main city traffic. We keep our paperwork organized and try to be as helpful as possible when someone drops in with a question about the industry. It’s just how we run things here day to day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big meetings or long presentations. We just want to get the details right so the ships can keep moving.
