Hr Recruiter

We are located at Plot No 13 Sai Sarouar on Annamanagar 1st Street, right in the Thaneerpandal area of Coimbatore. We spend most of our time here at Hr Recruiter just looking through piles of paperwork and making phone calls to people who may or may not want to work. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the old ceiling fan is always going and making a clicking noise. People drop by sometimes asking if there's any work available, or companies call us up when they need someone to start right away on a factory floor. It’s not a fancy setup at all, just some desks and chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. The 641004 area is busy enough with traffic, but our little corner on 1st Street stays relatively manageable most mornings. We've been here for a bit now, just doing what we do every day. It’s a lot of talking to folks, hearing their life stories, and seeing if they actually fit what a local business is looking for. Sometimes it works out fast, other times it takes all week to find even one person who actually shows up for an interview. That's just how the recruitment thing goes in Coimbatore. We keep the doors open, take the messages, and try to keep everything organized, though the stacks of folders on the desks might suggest otherwise. Anyway, if you find yourself near Sai Sarouar, that's where you'll find us working.
