Health Insurance

So we are based in Coimbatore, right in the Vethambalnagar area. If you know the G10 building at 167, that’s exactly where you’ll find us. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical place where we handle all the health insurance stuff that comes our way. Sometimes the traffic on the road outside gets a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our mornings sorting through folders and answering the phone when people call with questions about their policies. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Tamil Nadu heat can be something else, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work. We don't really have a big corporate setup here. It is just a few of us sitting around desks trying to get the day's work finished before it gets too late. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick thing or two. We try to keep things simple because insurance is already complicated enough for most folks. You won't find any glossy brochures or big sales pitches here. We just stay busy with the files and make sure the entries are correct. It’s a steady kind of life in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a good bit of time now, so the local tea seller knows us pretty well. It's just a normal office doing normal work every day.
