Hari Associates

Our office is situated at number 10 in the C.L Complex, which sits right on Brough Road. It is an older building with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working that day. At Hari Associates, we spend most of our time dealing with files and folders. The space isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in enough desks for everyone. The windows look right out onto the main road, and if you watch for a while, you can see all sorts of things happening outside. It’s a good spot because we are close to everything, but it can get quite loud with the buses honking. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. Most of the people who come in are looking for help with their documents or need us to look something up for them. We try to keep things as tidy as we can, but on busy days, there are papers everywhere. It’s a steady kind of life here. We arrive in the morning, do our work, and usually head out just as the evening rush is starting. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the complex quite well over the years. It feels like a small community inside this big old building, and that makes the days go by a bit faster for all of us.
