Our office is over on 4th Street in Ganapathy. It’s tucked away in K.R.G. Nagar. If you’re not looking for No. 7, you might drive right past it. We’ve been running Grhc Exim Pvt Ltd from this location for some time. It's a decent neighborhood. Most mornings start with a quick check of the emails and seeing what arrived in the post. We aren’t a massive corporation with floors of people. It’s a handful of us sitting at desks, making calls, and keeping track of our shipments. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the delivery truck is late, and we just deal with it. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. People just walk in if they need something. The street can get a bit crowded with parked bikes in the afternoon. We like being here because it feels like a real community. We handle the export and import tasks one by one. There isn't a secret trick to it, just keeping everything in order. We have some filing cabinets that are a bit too full, and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental. But the work gets done and our clients seem to know where to find us. We don't go in for big advertisements. We just focus on the task at hand. It’s a steady pace here. We’ve grown a bit, but we still feel like the same small team that started out years ago.
