We are over here in Vadavalli at the V.R.Krishanasamy Gounder Complex. It’s right on Maruthamalai Main Road. If you are coming by bus, just get down at the Alamaram bus stop and you can’t miss it. The banyan tree there is a good landmark everyone knows. We spend most of our days helping people with their online applications and documents. It gets pretty busy in the mornings when the crowd starts coming in. Sometimes the internet is slow or the government site is down, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out and try again. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few chairs and computers. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the regulars around Vadavalli know where to find us. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. People come in with all sorts of questions about their ID cards or certificates. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing five times, but that's just how it goes. The traffic on the main road can get loud during the peak hours, especially with all the bikes going towards the temple. We usually keep the door open for some breeze.
