Our place is out on Velanthavalam Road in KG Chavady. The address is a bit confusing with two door numbers, 586 and 574/3, but we are right there in Nethaji Puram. We deal with milk products every single day. That means our work starts before most people are even awake. The trucks come in early with the fresh supply. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the cooling units are working perfectly. If the power flinches, we all get nervous. Diarynest isn't some massive industrial plant. It’s a local setup where we manage the bottling and the chilling. The floors are always wet because we wash everything down constantly. You have to keep a dairy place clean, or it doesn't work. We don't have time for long meetings or fancy marketing slogans. We just focus on the milk. Sometimes the traffic on Velanthavalam Road makes things difficult, but we’ve learned the shortcuts. Our team is small, mostly people from around Coimbatore who know the dairy business. It’s hard work and it’s often cold in the processing area. We just want to get the milk out to the people while it’s still fresh. That’s what we do here in KG Chavady. No frills, just milk and a lot of cleaning. It’s an honest living and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't mind the hard work.
