We started this shop on Ponkiyammal Street in Rathinapuri. It’s basically a medical store but we do things a bit differently by being more digital. If you live around here, you know how busy the streets get. We thought it made sense to make getting medicine easier for everyone. We handle a lot of orders every day. It’s not just about selling tablets; it’s about making sure the right stuff gets to the right person on time. Sometimes the stock takes a while to arrive, but we manage. The building at 61 is where we keep everything organized. We aren’t a big chain or anything, just a local team trying to keep things running. Most days it’s just us packing boxes and checking prescriptions. Rathinapuri is a busy place, and we’ve been part of the community for a bit now. We don’t have a big fancy office. It’s mostly shelves and computers. If someone needs something, they usually just reach out. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with medical supplies is serious work, so we keep our heads down and get it done. It’s been a learning process, figuring out the best way to manage all the different medicines people ask for. We just stay focused on the work here at the store and help out whoever comes our way. It is just a small business trying to do its part in the neighborhood.
