Classic Hair Craft

Classic Hair Craft is tucked away on 1st Street in Gandhipuram. We are at number 610. Gandhipuram is always moving, but our little street is a bit different from the main bus stand chaos. We’ve been here for a bit, and the shop has its own character. The chairs have been around, and they’ve seen a lot of people over the years. We don't have any polished marble floors or expensive lighting. It’s just a place where we cut hair and talk to the people who come in. Some of the guys have been coming here since they were kids. It’s funny how that happens as time goes on. We keep the mirrors clean and the tools ready. That’s about the extent of our daily planning. We open the doors in the morning and wait to see who shows up. Coimbatore can be hot, so we try to keep the fan going all day long. There isn’t much of a corporate structure here. It’s just us working. Sometimes we run out of tea and have to send someone down the street to get more. That’s just how it goes in a small shop like this. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. People know what to expect when they walk into number 610. It’s a local spot for a haircut and a bit of a break from the sun. We just do the work and close up when the day is done and the street goes quiet.
