We are based at 10 Cowley Brown Road in R.S. Puram. It is a decent area with a lot of local activity around us every day. Our office is a plain space where we spend most of our time dealing with technical equipment and various industrial supplies. There is nothing too fancy about the way we work here. We come in, check the new orders, and start making the necessary calls. The staff here has a lot of experience, so we do not need a lot of strict rules to get the work done. We mostly focus on the air handling and ventilation side of things, though we end up helping with all sorts of industrial requests that come our way. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with papers and files everywhere, but that is just how it is when you are staying busy. We do not spend much on advertising because most people find us through word of mouth or because they have known us for many years. Cowley Brown Road is a good spot for us, and we like being part of the local business community in R.S. Puram. We take things as they come and try to be helpful when a customer has a technical problem they cannot solve themselves. It is not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we do our jobs and try to be fair with everyone. We have our daily routine and it works well for us.
