We set up our office on Trichy Road in Singanallur. Coimbatore is a place with a lot of industries, so there are always people looking for jobs and companies needing help with their staff. We don't have a huge team here at Billion Links Hr Solutions. It’s just a few of us trying to match local people with what they need. Some days are really busy with interviews and resumes piling up on the desks in the back. Other days, we're just making calls and checking backgrounds of candidates. The office is easy to find if you’re heading down Trichy Road near the main junction. We've been in this spot for a while now. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we like the neighborhood. We handle HR stuff, which means a lot of talking on the phone and a lot of paperwork. We don't use any fancy systems, just standard folders and some basic software on the old computers. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paper, but we know where everything is kept. People come in looking for a better start and we see what the current lists show. It’s not always easy because the market changes so fast. But we stay open and keep at it every day. No big speeches here. We just sit down with whoever walks in and see if their skills fit any open spots. It’s just local work.
