Bharti Axa Life Insurance

Our Bharti Axa Life Insurance office is found at number 67 in Om Gayathri Nagar, which is part of the Krumbapalyam area in Coimbatore. It is a fairly quiet residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a typical busy business office. We have a small sign out front so people can find the right house. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of cabinets for all the insurance records we have to keep. The floors are tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a bit of dust from the road. Coimbatore weather is usually decent, but we have the fans going all day long to keep the air moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on the keyboards. Sometimes we talk to the neighbors over the wall when we are taking a break outside. It’s a very local feel here. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; you just walk in and we’re right there. There are some trees nearby that give a bit of shade in the afternoons. We handle a lot of paperwork every single day, and it can get a bit repetitive, but we just stay at it. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other well. We just focus on getting through the tasks on our list and making sure the files are in order. A small rug near the door catches the dirt before it gets to the desks.
