We are quite near the Tvs Nagar Bus Stop, so it’s easy for people to spot us if they’re waiting for a bus or passing through. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, handling our daily business. It’s not a very big office, but it works for what we need to do. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through files. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we aren't the type to wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just focus on getting the work done. The traffic on Thadagam Road can be quite loud during the day, but we've gotten used to the sound of the buses and cars. Sometimes we get people wandering in just because they saw our sign while walking from the bus stop. We try to be helpful and explain things simply without using a lot of technical words. It’s a straightforward operation here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing our jobs well and hoping people notice.
