Ananda Hair Designs

Ananda Hair Designs is over in Ram Nagar, tucked into the Sai Complex on Kalingarayan Street. It is a decent spot near KK Residency. Coimbatore has a lot of places to get a haircut, but we have been right here for quite some time now. The street can get a bit crowded with parked cars and people going to the residency, but inside the shop, we just keep things moving. We do not have any big ideas about changing the world; we just cut hair and trim beards. The shop has the usual mirrors and chairs, and we try to keep the floor swept between customers. It is the kind of place where you can just sit down and not have to talk much if you do not want to. We get a mix of people, from older men who have lived in Ram Nagar forever to younger guys looking for something different. There is nothing fancy about the way we operate. We open up, check our supplies, and wait for the first person to show up. Sometimes it is quiet and we just watch the traffic on Kalingarayan Street, and other times we are busy until we close. It is steady work and it keeps us occupied. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It is just a regular hair design shop for regular people who need a trim.
