Our place is at 220-C on 4th Street in Gandhipuram. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets. Finding a parking spot near us is basically a miracle most days. We focus on computers but also handle a lot of control systems for local shops and small factories. It’s a mix of IT work and more hands-on electrical stuff. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with boxes stacked up in the corners. We keep meaning to clear them out, but new shipments always arrive before we can get to it. We’ve been here in Gandhipuram for quite a long time now. People know us as the guys who can handle the tricky control boards that others won't touch. We don't have a big storefront with lights and displays. It’s more of a workshop feel when you walk in. There’s usually a radio playing in the background, mostly news or some old songs. We do our own repairs right there on the bench. It's not a fast-paced environment where we are trying to sell you something you don't need. We just look at what’s broken and tell you if it can be fixed. Some parts are getting harder to find lately, so we spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. It’s just how the business goes. We like it well enough and the locals seem to trust us to get their machines back in order.
