We are over here at Shop No A 11 on Sathy Main Road. It’s right in Gandhipuram, pretty close to the Omni Bus Stand, so you probably know the area if you’ve ever had to catch a late-night bus out of Coimbatore. The shop isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we sit and sort out travel plans for people who walk in. Sathy Road is always loud with horns and bikes, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days it is just us answering phones and checking seat availability on the computer. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is around here. People come in looking for a way to get to the next town or maybe further away for a family thing. We just look at the schedules and see what fits. There is no big secret to how we work. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help getting from point A to point B. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, which is annoying when someone is in a hurry. But usually, we get it done. It’s a small operation, mostly just a couple of us handling everything. If you are passing by the bus stand, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a regular travel shop in a busy part of town and we like it that way.
