Srilankan Airlines

Srilankan Airlines has an office in Cochin at the Pan Richmonde building on Ashoka Road. We are up in Flat 601, right in the heart of Kaloor. The area is always buzzing with activity, and it’s a very central spot for people to find us. We don't run the actual planes from here, of course. This is where we handle all the ticketing, reservations, and customer questions that come up. It’s a regular office with desks and computers, not a big airport terminal. We have a small group of staff who have been working here for years and they know how to handle just about any travel issue that comes their way. It can get pretty busy when there are holidays or when a lot of people are trying to book flights at the same time. We don't have any fancy marketing displays or big screens showing ads. We just focus on the people who call us or walk through the door needing help with their travel plans. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of patience. We like being in Kaloor because it’s easy for everyone to get to, whether they are taking the bus or driving. We just try to keep things organized and make sure everyone gets their tickets sorted out without too much trouble. It’s just how we do things here.
