Planta Residence Hotel is located in Bacolod City, specifically on Araneta Street. You can find us inside the Era Mall Complex on the ground floor. Ma. Rallyn Claur is the one who handles things here. It is a very practical spot because we are right in the middle of a shopping area, so guests can find whatever they need just by walking out the door. We aren't a massive resort, just a straightforward place to stay when you are visiting the city. Most of our day is spent checking guests in and making sure the rooms are tidy. The lobby is simple and we keep a few chairs there for people waiting for their rides. Being in the Philippines, we get a lot of local travelers and some people coming for business. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us making sure the lights are on and the guests are comfortable. Sometimes the mall gets a bit loud, but it usually settles down at night. We don't have any grand mission statements to tell you about. We just show up to work and do our best to keep the place running.
