Sai People Solutions

Our office is set up in Tirupati, right in the Mangalam area at Mig 181. We are part of the Tuda Plots, which is a bit of a developing spot in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Sai People Solutions has been here for a while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. It’s a lot different than the high-pressure environments you find in the bigger metros. We like the pace here. The office is a simple building, nothing too flashy, just a place where we can get our work done in peace. We spend a lot of time handling various records and talking to people on the phone. It gets pretty hot in this part of India, so our ceiling fans are almost always on full blast. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just take turns keeping the place tidy and bring our own lunch from home. There’s a nice sense of community in the Tuda Plots, and we know our neighbors pretty well. We don't feel the need to use a lot of corporate talk or marketing fluff to describe ourselves. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the day-to-day tasks and don't worry too much about having a polished image for the world. It works for us.
