Feedback Ventures P.Ltd Bangalore

Our office is located in Dwaraka Nagar, which is in the Puttur Mandal of Chittoor District in Andhra Pradesh. We are operating from Ayyappa.P’s place here. Even though our name mentions Bangalore, we are actually quite far from the city, settled in a much more rural and quiet area. The work involves venture management, which means we spend a lot of time on local coordination and checking on various projects around the district. The building is a basic structure, and the office inside is very simple with just the necessary desks and chairs. We don't have high-speed city internet all the time, so we’ve learned to work around the occasional slow connection. It’s a very different vibe than a city office; you can see fields and trees right outside, and the air is much cleaner. We often have to travel to different spots in Chittoor to see how things are going on the ground. Our files are mostly kept in simple folders, and we don't have any big corporate departments here. It’s just a small team of us doing the practical work that needs to be done. The summer days get very hot, so we rely on the ceiling fans and drink a lot of water. We are very connected to the local community here, and our work feels very direct and uncomplicated. It’s just about managing the ventures from this specific corner of Andhra Pradesh every day.
