We’ve been here long enough that the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Sometimes the heat in Andhra gets to be a bit much, so we keep the old AC running as long as it holds up. We know the other shop owners on Gandlast quite well. We often share tea or just chat about how business is going in the town. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of existence. We don't have any corporate manuals or fancy dress codes. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it suits the vibe of Santhapet perfectly.
