L & C Building Contractor

L & C Building Contractor is based out of a small place in Gundlasagram. Our address is Door Number 4-1, which is in the Gudupalli Mandal area near Kuppam. This is where we live and work. It is a quiet part of the region compared to the big cities, but there is always some construction going on. We started this because there was a need for someone local who understood the land and the materials around here. We don't have a big fancy office with glass windows. It's more of a place where we keep our tools, cement bags, and site plans. Most of our day is spent out at different job sites, checking on the walls or the foundation work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to pour concrete, especially when the monsoon hits. We have a small crew of guys from the surrounding villages. They are hard workers who don't complain much. We talk to the homeowners directly, usually over a cup of tea on the site. There are no complicated contracts or big corporate meetings. We just figure out what needs to be built and we get to it. Sometimes we run out of materials because the trucks take a while to get to our mandal, but we make it work. It’s a simple life of building houses and sheds for the people in our community. We’ve been at it for years and plan to stay here for many more.
